Plymouth Police Officer David Finn served a warrant on a Plymouth woman on Tuesday, December 14th at 309 North Kingston Street.

During the warrant service, 45-year-old Tracy L. Napierkowski was found to be in Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Napierkowski was transported to the Marshall County Jail for her warrant and new charges. While at the jail, Napierkowski was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and was charged additionally with Drug Trafficking and Possession of Synthetic Drug.  She was held on a $500 cash bond for the new charges and a $391 bond for fines and costs on the warrant. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
