The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety meeting.  The Common Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30.

The Board of Public Works and Safety will receive Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) for the Greenway Trail Project through River Park Square.  They will also hear from various department heads including Fire Chief Steve Holm who will introduce Devan Garcia.  Garcia will also take his Oath of Office. 

The Board of Public Works is expected to approve the 2022 Animal Control Service Agreement and they will take action on the tabled request of Dave Langdon from the Brass Rail to have a dumpster in the street for a renovation project. 

The Plymouth Common Council will consider the 2022 agreements for Planning Services and Transportation Services and accept the certificate of compliance with nepotism and contracting policies. 

Also on the City Council’s agenda is an ordinance amending the 2022 Salary Ordinance and an ordinance adopting the fee schedules for Park and Recreation and the Department of Aviation. 

The City meetings are open to the public although comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.  Those attending the meetings should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second-floor.  The meeting is also available online through the city’s website at   https://www.plymouthin.com/
