The Marshall County Council meets Monday morning at 9 a.m. in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.

Agenda for the meeting includes a report from Laura Walls, Executive Director of the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation and requests from Sheriff Matt Hassel and Faith Freed from the County Health Department to apply for grants.  The agenda includes a report from Jason Peters from the County Highway Department including a federal bridge project in Bremen.

The County Council will consider additional appropriation requests, transfer requests, a report from the County Auditor and under Council Items, an appointment to the Plymouth Economic Development Corporation, Sheriff’s Salary Contract for 2022 and amendment number 15 to the 2021 salary ordinance. 

The County Council meeting is open to the public and there is a place on the agenda for public comments and questions.  The meeting is also available online through the county’s website at  https://www.co.marshall.in.us/
