Officer Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department investigated a suspicious vehicle Saturday, November 13th just before 10 p.m. at 2550 North Michigan Street, the Red Rock Inn.

33-year-old Megan J. Morgan of Plymouth was located with the vehicle.  While conducting the investigation a syringe was located in her vehicle.  Morgan was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Possession of a Syringe and held on a $1,500 cash bond.  Her initial hearing will be December 21st in Marshall Superior Court III.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
