On Sunday, November 07, Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle at 8:30 in the evening near 500 West Harrison Street.

After an investigation, Jason Housour, 48, of Plymouth was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana and Driving While Suspended with a Prior.

Housour was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.  He was also given his first court date of December 21st in Marshall Superior Court II. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
