About 6:20 Sunday evening, October 17th Plymouth Police were dispatched to Economy Inn in reference to a welfare check.
Arriving on the scene Officer Beatty located the 28-year-old John Slater of Rochester who was reported as passed out on the balcony.
After further investigation John Slater was taken into custody for public intoxication and outstanding warrants out of Fulton County. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $250 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
