Students from Bremen High School visited the Southwire wire manufacturing plant in Bremen on Wednesday, October 13 as part of the Manufacturing Days activities.
Bremen students also made visits to Bremen Castings, NISCO, NexGen Industryz, Special Edition Inc., and Precision Painting. Students were able to engage with manufacturing employees and learn about the different types of industries in Bremen.
Marshall County Economic Development Corporation along with the South Bend – Elkhart Regional Partnership are working to foster engagement between local industry and schools to support high-quality career education activities.
