The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety and the Common Council will meet Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

Members of the Board of Public Works will hear from city department heads, hear the request to block parking spaces for the Rees and be updated by Mike Reese from the Troyer Group on the Hoosier Old Wheels Playground project and Trail Project.

The Common Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30. Their agenda includes a public hearing for the Tax Abatement for B&D Realty Holdings, doing business as Complexus Medical.  They are moving into the old 3M building on Gary Drive.   It’s anticipated they will approve a confirming resolution designating the real estate to be within an Economic Revitalization Area.

The council will also consider the ordinance to appropriations and tax rates for 2022 on second and third reading. There is also a resolution being presented to create new funds.

The city meetings are open to the public and held in the second-floor meeting room of City Hall.  Those attending should enter through the Garro Street door and take the stairs or elevator to the second-floor council chambers.  Comments and questions are welcome on agenda items only.
