Dennis Ray Davis, age 64 of Plymouth, IN passed away unexpectedly in his home on September 12, 2021 at 12:22 p.m.

Dennis was born the son of Robert and DonnaBelle (Holderman) Davis on August 9, 1957. He was a longtime resident of the area and enjoyed his career as a pipe fitter with Union #669 of South Bend working in fire protection. Dennis graduated from Plymouth High School in 1976. He married Patsy Wynn on June 7, 1980. He was fond of fishing, sports, especially his kid’s sports and band events, tinkering around the garage, puttsing in the yard, his “grand-cats” and spending time with family. He also loved to golf, go mushroom hunting, and go to fish fries.  He was often seen around town because he loved to get a pop, lottery tickets, and go on snooze cruises.

Dennis will always be loved and deeply missed. He is survived by his wife, Patsy Davis of Plymouth, IN; his daughter, Molli Davis of Houston, TX; his son, Nicholas Ray (Misty) Davis of Louisville, KY; his sisters: Sharon Ross of Hickory, NC; Brenda (David) Feece of Greenwood, SC; Tammy (Chuck) Davis-Langford of Plymouth, IN; and his brother Steve (Rhee Ann) Davis of Plymouth, IN, along with several cousins, nieces and nephews which he teased and loved very much.

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Roberta, his brother Gary Davis, and brother-in-law Gary Ross.

Visitation services will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Deaton-Clemens Van Gilder Funeral Home (300 W. Madison St. Plymouth, IN 46563)

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. in Deaton-Clemens Van Gilder Funeral Home with burial at New Oak Hill Cemetery, Plymouth, IN.
