A shirtless male subject causing an unknown problem at Gate 1 of the Blueberry Festival was arrested on Saturday, September 4th about 7:20 in the evening.
Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to gate 1 and found 30-year-old Dustin Pruitt of Nappanee was arrested for public intoxication, resisting law enforcement, intimidation of a law enforcement officer, and an outstanding Elkhart County warrant.
