Plymouth Police responded to a trespass complaint in the 200 block of West Laporte Street Sunday night about 10:30. The subject involved; 34-year-old Gary Beatty of Plymouth was later located.
Following an investigation by Corporal Bob DeLee Mr. Beatty was arrested for a Parole warrant out of Indianapolis, along with Operator Never Licensed and Possession of Paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $100 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
