MugShot_chase evans 4-26-21A Plymouth man was arrested Friday evening following a traffic stop in the area of Nutmeg Road and Poplar Street in Plymouth.

About 8:45 Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop.  The driver of the vehicle, Chase M. Evans, 24, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond that was paid on Saturday at 10:30 in the morning.  Evans was released and given a May 11 initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
