The Plymouth Technical Review Committee (TRC) will be meeting next Tuesday, March 23rd to look at a new franchise restaurant interested in locating in Plymouth.
Culver’s Restaurant is proposing to construct a new building located at 2100 North Michigan Street, the site of the former Ponderosa Steakhouse.
Details are very limited until the TRC meets and discusses the proposal. A conceptual drawing shows a much smaller, new building constructed further to the south and slightly further back to allow drive-thru traffic to pass on the north side of the building. The dining room appears to have seating for about 100.
