City Attorney Sean Surrisi stated, “I was pleased to hire Jennifer (“Jen”) Klingerman for the new position. She’s off to a great start and making a big impact on the City’s HR programming.”

Jen HRA Plymouth native and a 2006 PHS graduate, Jen Klingerman still calls Plymouth home along with her husband Jim and their three sons. She holds a certificate in human resources management and an associate’s degree in business administration from Indiana Institute of Technology and is working toward completion of her bachelor’s degree later this year. “For the City, like any organization, our people are our greatest asset,” said Mayor Mark Senter. “That fact has probably never been more evident than it has been over the past year of pandemic. As essential workers, the City’s employees have worked hard throughout these trying times to continue to serve the community. I’m proud of the good work Jen is doing to support our employees in her role as Human Resources Manager,” Mayor Senter also stated.
