MugShot_Solis Garcia,Guadalupe 2-8-21Twenty-three-year-old Guadalupe Solis of 2401 North Michigan Street was arrested by Plymouth Police Office Jarrod Arnold Sunday afternoon just before 5.

Officer Arnold responded to the report of a two-vehicle injury crash at the intersection of North Oak Drive and US 30.

Prior to his arrival the red Honda passenger car that was involved in the crash fled the scene. The vehicle was located a short time later on PIDCO Drive east of Oak Drive.

The driver of the Honda passenger car was identified as Guadalupe Solis.  Mr. Solis was arrested for leaving the scene of a crash, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license and OWI endangerment with a BAC greater than .15. Mr. Solis was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
