On Saturday, January 30 at approximately 8:20 p.m. Officer David Finn was dispatched to 2505 North Oak Drive, the Plymouth Walmart for a theft in progress.
36-year-old Cody Brown of Plymouth was detained in the loss prevention office. After a brief investigation, Mr. Brown was arrested for Presenting a False Sales Document as a Level 6 Felony. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond. His bond was paid on Saturday at 11 p.m. and Cody Brown was released with a Marshall Superior Court II date of February 23rd.
