Flags at half mast_CountyBuildingThe Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 9:30 Monday morning in their second floor meeting room of the County Building. They have a lengthy agenda for the meeting.

The first order of business will be opening bids for the farm ground lease at the County Farm and Michael Marshall the county IT Director will discuss information systems for Fire Eye and Suite One.  County Highway Superintendent Jason Peters will update the commissioners on work his employees are doing and Jenny Bennitt will report on the Sick Bank and make a recommendation for 2021.

Human Resources Administrator Ann Anglin will present the 2021 Employee Benefit Insurance costs and personnel policies while Doug Masterson from Buildings and Grounds will discuss building maintenance.  County Prosecutor Nelson Chipman will be asking to apply for the 2021 JAG Grant and for a Drug Free Community Grant and Attorney Roy Roush will present the Deed of Dedication for Espich Minor Subdivision.

The Commissioners will hear from County Coroner, John Grolich with a request to apply for two grants.  One grant is from Indiana Public Employees’ Plan and the second grant from the Indiana State Department of Health.  The meeting will also hear from the County Attorney, County Auditor and public comment.

The meeting is open to the public although masks are required and social distancing while attending the meeting.
