Academy in fifth headed to round two
CARMEL – The IHSAA girls golf state tournament started an hour late Friday (frost warning) but was able to be complete Day 1 at the Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel.
Culver Girls Academy’s team finished with a +39 And are in fifth place. Senior standout Reese Wilson carded a +4 of 76 and is in tied for fourth with teammate Eleanor Teglia who posted the same score.
Glenn’s Megan Kobelt carded a +25, score of 97 and is in 84th place with Saturday’s round still to go.
