Red Storm splits with Edgewood
PLYMOUTH – Lincoln’s seventh-grade volleyball team fell to Edgewood tonight with scores of 22-25 and 9-25.
Mia Heartly led the team with four aces while Olivia Ringer and Sophia Cantero added two of their own. Mia Heartly had six assists and Thea Shepherd added three more. Violet Flora had four kills and Jersey Hunter earned three.
The eighth Grade was victorious with scores of 25-20 and 25-14.
Lexi Myers and Sophie Miller both earned four aces during the game. Lexi Myers and Karlie Dickey both had a shut-out block. Marley Christy led with four kills and Lena Jones and Karlie Dickey added three each.
