suspended-licenseOn Wednesday, September 2nd, before 11 a.m. Officer John Weir with the Plymouth Police Department was on patrol and US 30 and clocked a westbound car traveling at 87 MPH in a 60 MPH zone.

Officer Weir turned around and the car sped off and turned onto Plymouth Goshen Trail and then Lilac Road.  The driver, 25 year old Justin Scott Netherland of Warsaw exited the vehicle at Michiana Contracting where he was taken into custody.

Netherland was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended with a prior and Resisting Law Enforcement.
