Lady Pilgrims drops double NLC match
SYRACUSE – Plymouth’s golfers battled a season-best team score by Wawasee at their home Maxwelton golf course and one of the top teams in the state of Indiana in #12 NorthWood. Team scores Plymouth 192, Wawasee 185, and NorthWood 155.
Medalist honors went to NorthWood’s Cybil Stillson with a 1 under par 35. Close behind was teammate Breanna Goss with an even-par 36. The Panthers threatened their school-record coming up just two shots shy.
The Plymouth girls once again got four scores in the 40s but those scores weren’t low enough to put pressure on NorthWood.
Plymouth’s round of the night was turned in by sophomore Emma Rozycki who fired a confident career-best 46 to beat all of her teammates.
