owi-arrestOn Thursday, May 21st at approximately 9:49 p.m. a Marshall County Sheriff`s  Deputy conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle that had been reportedly been involved in a domestic disturbance in the area of Oak Dr. and Pidco Dr. in Plymouth. The driver  identified as 41 year old, Ralph R. Reed III of Bremen. Reed was founded to be under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance and was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test that showed Mr. Reed to be over the legal limit of alcohol and controlled substances.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle with an BAC of .08 or More, and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Controlled Substance.

 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
