MugShot_dale martin 2-23-20On Sunday, February 23rd, about 10 minutes till 3 in the morning, Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stopped a silver 1999 Chevrolet pickup truck in the area of US 31 and 12th Road.

During the course of the traffic stop, a search of the vehicle was completed and officers located methamphetamine.

The driver, 58 year old Dale W. Martin of LaPaz was taken to the jail and processed for possession of meth.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond until about 12:30 when the bond was paid and he was released with a March 7th court date.
