Pilgrim swimmers drop NLC meet
SYRACUSE – The Plymouth Pilgrim boys swim team took their show on the road Thursday night as they traveled to Syracuse to take on NLC foe Wawasee falling 124-55.
The 200 freestyle relay team was the only first-place finish for the Pilgrims. Fitz Holm earned a first-place finish along with two second-place finishes. Jackson Bougher and Korey Kopetski each earned a first and second-place finish. Hugh Smith earned a first-place finish while teammates Cam Riddle and Sean Janda each earned one second-place finish.
The boys are now 1-4 in the NLC and 1-5 overall. They will take the next couple weeks off from competition before starting again after the break by hosting Concord on Tuesday, Jan. 7.
