Riverside takes pair fromLaVille
LAKEVILLE – The Riverside boy’s basketball team traveled to Laville on Monday night and came home with a pair of victories.
In the “A” game, the defense held strong once again as it helped the Rockets to a 26-6 victory. Lance Edison led all scorers with 10 points. The defensive MVP of the game was Drake Feece.
In the “B” game, the boys also had a strong defensive showing leading to a 26-2 victory. Issak Hutchinson and Conner Huss each had six points with Davis Jones, Cruz Rosas, and Josh Gibbons each chipping in four. Defensive MVP’s for the game was Chase Bowling and Ethan Daley.
Both teams will travel to North Liberty next Tuesday.
