The Lady Lancers advance to the semi-finals of Sectional play beating Culver Community in round one. Senior Abbi Creager opened up the scoring finding the back of the net in the first 12 minutes of play. Culver found their offensive attack tying up the game at half. Second half was dominated by the Lancer offense. Kylie Gorka had a great heads up play slipping a free kick on the ground past a very talented Culver goalkeeper. Abbi Creager sealed the win scoring her second goal of the night off a cross from Lauren Dove. The Lancers will face Rochester this Thursday at 5 PM at Argos fields.
