Driving Without a licenseOn Wednesday, March 14th at 7:40 in the morning Plymouth Police Officer John Weir stopped a white van at Jefferson and Liberty Street for not having its headlights on when required.

While speaking to the driver, 36 year old Wilston B. Schmucker of Plymouth it was found that he had never possessed a valid driver’s license.

Schmucker was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for Operator Never Licensed.
