In accordance with Indiana Code, the Marshall County Commissioners will conduct an Executive Session on Monday, November 27, at 1:00 p.m. in the offices of Wyland, Humphrey & Clevenger, LLP, 319 West Jefferson Street, Plymouth, Indiana.

The purpose of the Executive Session is to discuss pending litigation against the County.

In more detail, Commissioner Delp was interested in hearing from attorneys directly involved in the Opioid litigation the county has been invited to join in on.  The other subject deals with the conviction and reversal of former Highway Superintendent Neal Haeck.  His attorney has filed a motion for the return of his $12,358.41 in restitution and costs for home detention.

County Attorney Jim Clevenger told the commissioners they have options and they will discuss those options and make a determination.
