On Friday, October 13th at 4: 24 in the afternoon Officer Kraning of the Bourbon Police, stopped Dakota A. Doty of Mentone for a speeding violation at Lincoln Highway and Elm Road.
During his investigation it was determined that Mr. Doty was operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. A passenger in the vehicle, Benjamin Stogsdill was taken into custody for an active warrant through Kosciusko County.
Mr. Doty was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail with a cash bond of $250 and a court date of November 21st in Marshall County Superior Court II.
Benjamin Stogsdale was transported and turned over to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
