ArrestedPlymouth Police were dispatched to Michigan and Jackson Heights Road Thursday evening about 9 for a property damage accident.  The investigation lead to the arrest of a Plymouth woman.

Officer Jeremy Enyart smelled an odor commonly associated with the consumption of alcoholic beverages coming from one of the drivers involved in the accident. Upon further investigation it was determined by a certified chemical test that 39 year old Tara E. Warner was above the legal limit for vehicle operation.

Warner was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, OWI with a blood alcohol content of more than .15% and Disorderly Conduct.

Tara Warner was held on a $3,0000 cash bond and given a Superior Court II date of October 24.
