MugShot_brian whiteA Plymouth man was arrested Sunday afternoon after he fled from a County Police Officer.  Officer Les McFarland attempted to stop a pickup truck just before 5 in the area of 10B and West County Line Road.

 

The vehicle fled from the officer traveling into Starke County and then back into Marshall County.  The vehicle finally stopped for police in the 19,000 block of 9th Road.  The driver, 47 year old Brian Keith White, who lives in the area was taken into custody for Resisting Law Enforcement by means of a vehicle and Reckless Driving.

 

While was booked into the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.   A criminal case report will be completed and forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for review and formal charges.
