59 year old Brad Harris of Warsaw was arrested Thursday night, December 29th in Bremen following a traffic stop.
Officer Jesse Pippenger stopped Harris in the 200 block of West Plymouth Street determined he was under the influence. Harris had a blood alcohol content of .15% or higher and was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering.
He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
