Officer Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 31 year old Joseph Cotter on Saturday evening about 5:20.
Cotter was arrested on an Indiana parole violation warrant at 1800 North Oak Drive. He was lodged in the County Jail with no bond.
