MugShot_Gonzalo Guerrero-GonzalezA vehicle stop Saturday by County Police resulted in the arrest of a Knox man for Operating While Intoxicated.

About 6:20 Saturday afternoon October 1st, a deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department stopped a vehicle in the area of Olive Trail and 12th Road after the Sheriff`s Department received multiple calls in relation to the vehicle driving all over the roadway.

During the course of the investigation it was determined the driver, 50 year old Gonzalo Guerrero-Gonzalez of Knox, was intoxicated and did not possess a driver`s license.

Guerrero-Gonzalez was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for OWI with a BAC of 0.15% or above, Operating While Intoxicated – Endangering, and Operating a Vehicle without ever Receiving a License.

He was held on a $4,500 cash bond and given an October 11th Court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
