ShopliftingSaturday evening about 8:15 Officer McIntyre with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to Wal-Mart for a theft complaint.

 

28 year old Franke Tolson of LaPaz was seen concealing items and attempting to leave the store without paying for them by an Asset Protection Associate with Wal-Mart.

 

Ms. Tolson was then taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for Theft and held on a $750 cash bond.
