Marshall County Health Department advises that they had 11 well water test results returned from the Indiana State Department of Health Laboratory. Results indicated that six of the wells were satisfactory and five were unsatisfactory.
The wells that were flooded were at risk for contamination and this is not an indication that surrounding wells are affected. However, if people are concerned about their well water, they may pick up a test kit at the Marshall County Health Department.
