Last week the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department obtained information that 33 year old Jimmy Jones of Plymouth had failed to maintain a current address, as required as part for being a registered Sex Offender.
County Police Officer Les McFarland located Jimmy Jones on Saturday (9/17/16) and arrested him for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, a Level 6 Offense. A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Prosecutor’s Office for review and formal charges being filed.
