On Sunday, September 18th, about 9:00 PM, Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a red 2013 Ford Focus in the area of US 31 and 13th Road. The stop was for traveling 85 miles per hour in a posted 60 mile per hour zone.
The driver, 19 year old Daniel Gonzalez of Fort Wayne, and passenger
20 year old Dakota Denna of Claypool were found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. They were both taken to the Marshall County Jail.
