MugShot_Manuel RepasiJust after 10 Tuesday (9/13/16) night Officer Bragg conducted a traffic stop near U.S. 30 and S.R. 331.  During his investigation it was determined that 42 year old Manuel Alejandro Repasi  of Hammond didn’t have a driver’s license.

Manuel was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle Never Licensed and held on a $250 cash bond.
