Marshall County Police responded to a single vehicle, property damage accident Friday (9/9/16) evening about 6:30 in the area of Thorn and 1st Roads.
Officer Les McFarland investigated the accident.
The driver, 50 year old Tina Vinson of Walkerton was traveling northbound on Thorn Road when she lost control and went off the roadway hitting a tree. Vinson was transported to the St. Joseph Regional Hospital for a chemical test and then arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated. The cash bond for Tina Vinson was set at $1,500.00.
