On Sunday August 21, at approximately 12:51 a.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department initiated a traffic stop on US 30 near Iris Road.
During the course of the stop it was determined the driver was in possession of marijuana. 19 year old Alexander Horstman of Ft. Wayne was subsequently arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
