Plymouth earned their first NLC victory of the season and their second overall by defeating an upcoming and experienced Wawasee Warrior team 5-0. The two doubles team of Hudson Yoder and Tommy Holloway secured the first point with 6-0, 6-0 victory at 2 doubles. The second and third points were earned by 1 singles John Gerard and the one doubles team of Nick Felke and Grant Clady. Mitch Rose and Zach Moser completed the sweep with two great straight set victories over two of Wawasee’s most experienced players.
The Pilgrims will travel to Ft Wayne to take on a pair of perennial top 25 foes Ft Wayne Carroll at 10 am and Ft Wayne Leo at 1 pm.
