received a report from a concerned citizen of a Ford Explorer traveling on US 30 near Gumwood Road all over the roadway. The caller said the driver had gone off the roadway and was within the ditch in that area.

Officer Les McFarland located the vehicle. It was believed that the driver was intoxicated. 37 year old Jamie Izzi from Hammond was transported to the hospital for a chemical test and then arrested for Operating While Intoxicated on a controlled substance. She was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500.00 cash bond.
