Early Sunday morning, August 14th, about 4:00, Marshall County Officers and Bourbon Police were dispatched to the 3,000 block of 17th Road for in individual knocking on doors asking for gasoline.

 

Officer Wozniak with the Sheriff’s Department arrived and located 18 year old Richard R Lafrance III of Argos and a silver 2004 Cadillac.

 

During the investigation it was found that LaFrance was in possession of a stolen vehicle and in possession of a syringe.

 

He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Receiving Stolen Auto Parts and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
