MugShot_Ruben Gonzalez-GuerreroMonday evening, August 8th, at approximately 10:40 the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a report of a single vehicle collision into a utility pole on Fir Road near 8th Road.

 

Marshall County Police and Bourbon Police investigated the collision.

 

The driver, later identified as 39 year old Ruben Guerrero of Bremen told police he was not injured in the crash.

 

Police believe that alcohol was a factor in this collision and subsequently Guerrero was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated with a previous conviction within five years as a Level 6 Felony and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Never Receiving a License a class C-Misdemeanor. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1500 cash bond.
