Saturday afternoon Plymouth Police received a report of a vehicle all over the roadway. Officer Bob DeLee located the suspect vehicle on Michigan Street about 12:15. The driver, 46 year old Jeffery A. Lawton of Plymouth was observed not signaling 2 lane changes and not signaling a turn.
A traffic stopped was conducted at Jefferson and First Streets and after further investigation on scene and at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Lawton was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
