On Thursday, September 17th at 11:45 p.m. LaPaz police initiated a traffic stop in the southbound lane of Michigan Road near 4A Road. During the traffic stop it was found that the male passenger, 22 year old Tyler Moore of Indianapolis was in possession of synthetic marijuana and paraphernalia. He was placed under arrest and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $755 cash bond.
