Duke TumatoeDuke Tumatoe will grace the stage in River Park Square for the final event in the Mayor’s Month of Music this Friday evening at 6.

Duke Tumatoe is an American blues guitarist, vocalist and songwriter.  A founding member of REO Speedwagon, he’s gigged with Bo Diddley, B.B. King, and John Fogerty to name a few.

 Over the years he’s released 15 albums as the bandleader of Duke Tumatoe & the All-Star Frogs and Duke Tumatoe & the Power Trio.

Typically playing more than 200 dates per year Mayor Senter was thrilled to get him in downtown Plymouth for a FREE concert.

The performance begins at 6 p.m. in River Park Square.  Bring your blankets or lawn chairs and a cooler with your favorite beverages. Alcohol is allowed in the park.  Members of the Mayor’s Youth Council will be selling concessions and there will be two BBQers at the event; Chubby Buddy’s from Argos and Reese’s Family Ribs from Plymouth.
