Tuesday morning at 3 city police units were dispatched to a possible domestic dispute in the K-Mart parking lot. While en route the male subject went to the Wal-Mart parking lot by Murphy’s USA.
Officer Tim Taberski located 18 year old Rickey Waldrop of North Judson who was intoxicated. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with Minor Consuming and Public Intoxication.
The female involved in the domestic was not located.
