The 2024 Marshall County Fair has upcoming contests for local adults and youth to enter and participate in. Some contests feature cash prizes, and some will have ribbons awarded. Events are held at the Marshall County Fairgrounds, 211 W Walnut Street in Argos. There is no pre-registration.

Why not get out the recipe books and bring a unique new baked creation to the Cranberry Bake-A-Rama on Wednesday, July 17th at the Marshall County Fairgrounds. This contest is open to Marshall County residents. Entries will be accepted in the Open Class Building from 9 AM – 12 PM on July 17th with open judging beginning at 12:30 PM. This year’s categories include cookies or bars, cakes, pies, quick breads or muffins, and crisps or cobblers.

The Bake-A-Rama features cash prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each category, as well as the overall Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion.
